“Great customer service, delivered on time. Snapped one of the brackets when fitting shutter and replacement was sent by return post. Shutters look great fitted to patio doors.”

“Product as described and quality good, my measurements correlated perfectly with the blind received. The only reason I've not given 5* is because the blind arrived without any fitting instructions – took me a while to work out how the two brackets should be affixed to the window reveal and in turn how to fix the top of the blind to the brackets, just a simple diagram would be perfect.”

“Very happy with the blind. As I imagined and at cost effective price. Delivery was within several days which was good too. I found the online process a little confusing but got there in the end after a call to clarify I had done it right. I also thought a text message or email to advise anticipated delivery would have been reassauring too. Overall very happy though.”

“Good quality, sturdy aluminium frames on the Perfect Fit blinds. And once you've managed to put up the first blind, the rest become very quick and easy to put up. Prompt and friendly response to email.communications too. Will use them for the rest of my blinds.”

“Could not be happier with my order for perfect fit shutters, brilliant quality for the price. All of the shutters fit perfectly and look fantastic. One shutter did arrive with a fault but a replacement was arranged with no quibbles and received quickly after contacting Zach in customer services who was great in dealing with everything. Would certainly recommend.”

“Ordered three blinds which were delivered within a week of ordering. Unfortunately both packages were damaged, two of the blinds were okay, but the third had its top rail twisted in transit and was unusable. I contacted Blinds Direct Online about the damage, and after sending them photos of damaged blind and the packaging label, I had a reply notifying me that a replacement would be delivered in a few days. The replacement blind arrived today, and everything is fine ! Very satisfied with blinds received and the prompt and professional care I received with my issue. Thank you Blinds Direct Online.”
