“The blinds were a good quality when I received them. The customer service team need a few lessons in customer management . I was given 3 different stories on the occasions I contacted them for an update.”

“I was not at all happy ,with trying to place a order,.. Your website is absolutely terrible, I did not order a black sample I was trying to order dark grey And on top of that ,I was unable to sigh out ,/log out of Yr website ,and all my details were still on the screen No Matter what I did it just didn't come off ,and that is very worrying ,very worrying,.. so I'm Not happy and ,don't think i will be using Yr service again”

“Great service with quick delivery. Blinds exactly as ordered and simple to fit. As it says on the can …… perfect fit blinds. The only one drawback is the lack of fitting instructions and on the day it appeared that the web page for instructions couldn’t be found (website error message).”
