Blinds were great, no communication, no tracking for deliveries and message on phone says to email , email was just auto reply saying order was completed when the last part hadn’t been delivered. Not good if you are working or otherwise busy and have no idea when they are supposed to arrive . For this reason will not use again which is a shame as the product is very good.

Hi Graham, Thank you for your review. We don't supply screws for our Venetian Blinds, and this is stated on our website. This is because we can't anticipate the type of material that a customer may want to drill into and, as a result, don't want to supply a screw that is not fit for purpose. Additionally, we're sorry you feel the quality of your blinds is lacking. We use the highest quality components we can source across Europe, and all our blinds are manufactured on-site with rigorous quality controls. Haven’t got a problem with blinds direct. Dx the delivery company are a joke.Even though I put on order.Deliver to neighbour.Because I knew I would be at work.They failed to leave it twice.Even after I put redelivery online deliver to neighbour.Had to leave card hanging out my letterbox.Too make sure he understands

Instructions included would have been useful to save having to go on to you tube to understand how the brackets work and cords work !

About the piece of plastic I can't really say ...no price or listing was sent with sample no contact it was abit lame .sorry

Hi Thank you for your review We are sorry you aren't happy with the sample. All of our venetian blinds are 21 micron aluminium not plastic, which are curved during manufacturing to provide the slat with its strength. All of our blinds are made to measure, so we cannot send out pricing as it is all dependant on your measurements, which can be entered on our site for a specific price Kind regards James support@blindsdirectonline.co.uk

I placed 2 different orders for 2 different addresses with 2 different email addresses. One of which was a personal purchase and the other a business purchase. The deliveries arrived incorrectly with the business purchase sent to my home and the personal purchase sent to the business. I had the hassle of having to collect and despatch the parcels correctly.

lovely blinds exactly as expected but no screws to fix the blind what a silly thing to miss what a penny pinching let down.

Hi Thank you for your review. We are sorry you aren't happy that screws aren't included with our orders. We don't do this to save money, it is more down to the fact that there are so many different materials a customer could be installing their blinds into i.e. plasterboard, timber, RSJ, concrete lintel, we couldn't possibly send out all different fixings required. Nice blinds but quality control on production needs a bit to be desired. Persist and you will be happy. Very helpful customer service staff do all they can

The actual blind is very nice and the quality that we expected. The delivery arrangements were extremely poor and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Dealing with the outsourced courier was time consuming and frustration but Blinds Direct customer service stepped and we go it eventually.

have not received blinds yet so cant really comment however i needed 2 of the blinds to have pelmet returns on one end and there was no facility on the website to ask for this

there was no communication that the blinds were going to be delivered on the specific day. There was no screws with the blinds, Special instructions was to pop over the gate. The delivery driver took no notice of the instruction provided and he left at front door and tried the door handle??? Was not impressed with this, It was all on the doorbell camera. But the blinds are nice and you need to communicate better and listen to instructions given

Blinds great delivery good but have not had reply to problem with one blind which had damaged lift tab to push the blind up. So good overall but disappointing customer service

Blinds are a perfect colour and go so well in my daughters room, are not blackout as described though. Quick and effective service from all staff I spoke to though!

We ordered 3 sets, 2 were perfect but 1 was slightly too long and catches on the sill, other than that they are good quality
