Blinds were great, no communication, no tracking for deliveries and message on phone says to email , email was just auto reply saying order was completed when the last part hadn’t been delivered.
Not good if you are working or otherwise busy and have no idea when they are supposed to arrive .
For this reason will not use again which is a shame as the product is very good.
