“Fantastic communication ordered the wrong colour and was so helpful sorting my mistake out .Very reasonably priced good quality quick delivery. In the new year when I will be replacing existing blinds and will be definitely be using this company. I can't recommend them enough .Fantastic”

“Poor communication from company. Instead of the 2 days it stated for delivery time it was 2 weeks. I had to chase up with company twice. Delivery company they use is not great waited in all day for them not to turn up, called them and arranged to collect from their depo and when we drove there they said they were out for delivery. So a wasted 70 mile round trip! However despite this the items ordered were good when they eventually arrived. I am happy with the product but customer service and delivery is poor!”

“Although the blinds were decent, the product was not made to size, being 1 cm shorter than requested (not a huge problem, but it does look aesthetically odd as the window pane can be seen even when the blind is fully released, and on a practical front it does not fully block light out). This was pointed out to the company but I felt their response could have been a little more understanding as they simply wrote back saying that recess fitting blinds are reduced in size by 1 cm as standard practise. I would suggest the company makes this clear on their website to avoid disappointing prospective customers.”
