“Good price, good dispatch, but very poor packing. Batteries just on a plastic bag. No warning labels as to potentially dangerous contents so courier handling was standard, NOT with the caution that should be applied. Batteries seem to be OK but not supplied with contact guards”

“Purchased a Mikita DAB+ radio as you now need this version (+plus) to pick up certain channels as they have moved over to a new frequency. This was the best priced ,arrived next day and is brilliant compared to my old Mikita DAB. Dealing with Alan Wadkins was very easy and I would recommend. The next tools I need I will definitely look on there website.”

“Easy to order and super fast delivery. The only problem was the item arrived direct from the company who produces it and unfortunately they do not pack item well both sides of the box were ripped with the item sticking out. Fortunately, no damage had occured. I did email Alan Watkins and they were very quick to answer and said they would get in touch with the company to ask for better packing when posting. This was not Alan Watkins fault and hopefully it will be rectified. So I reccomend the company ..”
