“I purchased a battery for my Bosch mower but unfortunately it was the mower that was faulty notbthe battery! Nikki in Customer Services was amazing in arranging the collection and the refund of my money. We had a little hiccup along the way but it was quickly resolved by Nikki, can't praise her enough. “Very helpful on the phone before ordering the Advance Rotak lawnmower. Next day delivery from FedEx was ideal. The mower is excellent and a big improvement on my old Rotak 43Li model. I’d use the ToolStore again in the future.”
