“Things will always go wrong but I often think it's how the company handles the mistake that matters. This time, it was my mistake yet Ben and Stephen's focus was on ensuring that I was 100% satisfied with my purchases. They were well within their rights to say 'No' but instead they went above and beyond and have helped earn a customer (me) for life. The whole process was simple to follow but with that added touch of personality and flare that perhaps doesn’t always come through when booking online. It certainly helps confirm and underline that I made the correct decision when purchasing from The Golf Shop Online.”
