“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“First class customer service. It was a tricky problem to solve to get my printer working using the CP cartridges. Perseverance paid off and between Hannah and myself we overcame the obstacles. “I purchased a HP301 cartridge from Cartridge People for my HP 4500Envy printer and after intermittent use over several months, I received an error message on my printer "incompatible cartridge(s) - the indicated cartridge is not intended for use in this printer". I raised this with Cartridge People and after some suggestions of how I might fix this issue, they agreed to provide a replacement as they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I dealt with Rachel by email, who responded promptly, was always polite and extremely helpful. Her advice and service was exemplary and the replacement arrived quickly. I have now returned the faulty cartridge and the new cartridge works perfectly. I just wish more online companies had such a positive and helpful approach to customer service. Thank you Rachel and Cartridge People.”

“As I don't profess, to being the sharpest knife in the draw when it comes to anything relating to computers, so I was relieved that my order was handled by a lady called "Lindsay" who could not have been more helpful as we proceeded to deal with my request. As I have various difficulties, one eye and quit deaf I was not made to feel an idiot, when asking to repeat certain things.
