“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Ordering from Cartridge People was straightforward. Unfortunately my order never arrived due to a delivery problem with Evri. I emailed Cartridge People and Gemma dealt efficiently with my query. She responded quickly to every email I sent, reordered the cartridges and kept me informed. Well done Gemma for great customer service!”

“The cartridges I’ve ordered from this company not only last a lot longer that my normal HP cartridges but are a lot cheaper. I’ve only ever had one faulty cartridge which was literally sorted out the next day after reporting it by Melanie who had a replacement sent out the same day. Excellent customer service.”

“Great Company and price for my cartridges and used them before. As my order was over £35 and free postage I paid for next day delivery a Friday, courier missed me and apologised for doing so. This morning Monday Chris from Cartridge People came back to me and order was delivered today along with refund of £5.99 postag. Thank you Chris and would definitely recommend your Company.”

“This is the second order I have made through 'cartridge people'. On the first occasion the order was for print cartringes (Canon) and also some from your own brand for a separate printer. I was impressed, the order was delivered promptly and I tried your own brand that provided good results. For my last order I again originally ordered Canon, as the results of my pirnting is critical. Shortly after placing the order I was contacted by telephone and agreed to changing my order to yur own brand. The only issues fitting the cartringes were that I wasn't sure they were the correct type because of the slightly different apperance. Otherwise once fitted they were perfect. My only suggestion is that some instructions would have been useful? Thank you very much for outstanding service!”
