“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“They sent me a box with the wrong colour mix wghich had 2 black cartridges and no magenta. Immediately after informing them they sent a magenta free if charge and a sorry note with some lovely tea bags in. Brilliant service!”

“I’m really happy with my experience with Cartridge People. Their product knowledge stood out straight away—they clearly understand their range and were able to offer helpful, accurate advice immediately. Pricing was also very competitive, which made the whole purchase of a new imaging unit feel like great value for money. On top of that, the delivery was impressively quick. Most importantly, the product worked exactly as promised. My printer is now printing perfectly again, with the double imaging issue completely resolved. It’s such a relief to have it functioning as it should! Overall, I’d definitely recommend Cartridge People for their expertise, value, and reliable service.”

“We are not modern day literate(!) and now have a new printer. I sent a message to Cartridge people who I last used about ten years ago. I sent it out of hours and by next morning we had a phone call helping us and advising what we needed. Sam was especially helpful as all was explained carefully. I was also sent a link which was easy and lead me to the right place.”

“Cartridge People sorted the problem caused by DPD - who left my package at some random bungalow in the holiday park next door to us, never to be seen again- and sent out a replacement immediately. It arrived the very next day. Many thanks to Gemma who helped me; she was extremely supportive.”

“I regularly order toners from yourselves and my printer has just died and i had a spare cartridge, i mentioned this to Rachel who assisted me in returning the item to yourselves for a refund, she sent me links to new printers for me to look at and helped me to order cartridges on another printer held at our premises. very professional, clear and extremely helpful member of staff.”

“After a failed delivery due to carrier, Sam arranged a new next day delivery for me. This has arrived safely. As a new customer, Sam investigated the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He even gave me free delivery as a goodwill gesture. My trust in using your company again has been regained by Sam's friendly and efficient manner.
