“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I had an issue with some cartridges for a label printer. It is still not clear what the problem is BUT... I have been communicating with Gemma at customer service over the last few days and the service is amazing: - responses to messages in less than 24 hours - an intelligent, human communication that actually addresses the issue rather than giving generic responses - a willingness to look at solutions creatively and imaginatively - 24 hour delivery of items to try and resolve the issue All this is so refreshing in this day and age.”

“I purchased replacement cartridges for my Brother MFC L3730CDN , having installed all the cartridges I had a problem with one of the toners that would not indicate that it was full on the display. A quick phone call to you, I spoke with Andrew who talked me through the process, within 1 minute all sorted out. Perfect. Many Thanks David C”

“For some reason, cartridges I bought a couple of years ago refused to work in my HP printer. A call to Aden quickly led to establishing the issue was likely with the cartridges and new cartridges were received 2 days later. Rapid understanding of the problem and pragmatic decision to send replacements FOC which now work.”

“I have only ever received extra-ordinary service from this company - today, courtesy of Rachel, they've again exceeded my expectations (and they were very high to begin with)! She very swiftly accessed my account details, updated my contact information where necessary, confirmed the product I required from records going back (I think) five years... and was charming and helpful. The joy of talking to a human, not a bot. Mega. 10/10. Thank you. Recommended. SO pleased I found these guys.”

“Myorder for a pack of four HP cartridges was the first I'd made from this company and I found it entirely satisfactory. I had tried numerous other suppliers over the years but after the effecient service I received I'm sure that I'll use Cartridge People in future. I gave them a rating of four stars rather than five only because my cartridges arrived in a soft envelope and some of their card containers had been somewhat crushed in the post. For an order costing over £120 that seemed unfortunate.”
