“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Excellent customer service! My printer had trouble to recognise the cartridges I bought. I'm not good at all when it comes anything to do with computing..... I rang the customer service, Rachel was very kind and patient to guide me through step by step and solved the problem. I would give Rachel a ten stars if I could. I will definitely shop with Cartridge People again.”

“I’d like to thank Alison who tried to help me get a defective ink cartridge to work. Unfortunately, it was not very successful even with the clear step-by-step instructions given. To resolve this, I have being sent a new cartridge to replace the defective one. I have been a customer with the cartridge people for many years and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service experience”

“I had a problem with a ink cartridge. It had leaked in the bag, so I rang customer services. I sent photos of the damaged item and was promptly offered a replacement or refund by Marianne. I chose the replacement and this was received the following day. I have been a customer of Cartridge People for several years and have always been happy with the service received. This was the first time I had a problem and it was solved very quickly and satisfactorily. Thanks again for your swift action Marianne.”

“Alison rang me about 30 minutes after my email to customer service. She asked me for clarification about one confusing thing in my email. I had called the cartridge name wrongly, cyan instead of Magenta, gently without making me feel daft… The phone dropped off, but she rang back immediately, Talked me through the history of my query, diagnosed the problem, and immediately organised a replacement, at no charge, Brilliant customer service, wonderful to speak to a helpful real person. I hate AI. Outstanding customer service, a joy in our present time. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Alison. Keith”

“I had an issue print smudging issue on my laser printer, not even sure the issue was with the cartridge. I contacted Cartridge People's Customer Support, initially looking only for some trouble-shooting advice with fixing the problem. I got an almost immediate response from George expressing concern. Bottom line is that 12hrs later I had a replacement cartridge. What excellent hassel customer service, thanks George and the Cartridge People.”

“Fantastic service from Alison, who dealt with my query promptly and efficiently. Her email was well-formed and contained the information I required absolutely clearly and in plain easy to understand instructions. I honestly cannot say that about a vast many organisations, who do not have intelligent and properly trained staff to deal.with customer concerns. Well done Alison, you are a godsend! Cartridge People, please look after Alison, she is a credit to the company and deserves to.be recognised and rewarded for her fantastic understanding of customer requirements. As a matter of interest I had a online chat with a well-known motor company yesterday regarding my query and concerns and the advisor did not have a clue or recognise my problem/concerns.
