“I ordered a double oboe case at the beginning of May. I didn't realise it would be made to order so had to chase when it didn't arrive within 2 weeks to clarify the situation. However, I have now received the case and it was worth the wait. It is very well made and the instruments are very well padded/protected. It should last me years.”

“Ordered my first ever bow and rosin from bassbags. Great service, discussed the possiblity it may be too hot to post my rosin which I thought was brilliant customer service. Items were well packaged and of good quality. Always will look at bassbags before anywhere else when buying accessories for my double bass.”

“My 19th century double bass normally stays in my music room but I intend to use it out and about which means it needs more protection than the old bag that currently houses it. The advice I received from Bass Bags was super helpful and very surprisingly the new bag arrived the next day. I am delighted and confident that my old bass will be fully protected. Many thanks”
