“As first time byers with adverse credit we where sceptical if we could get a mortgage but soon after speaking to Gemma at CLS we felt that the dream could become reality. Gemma showed great empathy and committed to matching us with a provider within a short time she had secured a mortgage in principle with a specialist provider which she had a direct contact with. I think the fact that Gemma, CLS and the mortgage provider looked at us as people first and showed understanding of our personal circumstances and not just as numbers allowed us to secure a mortgage offer in very short time. We are very grateful for the good communication and personal touches, we felt looked after by the team at CLS. Thank you very much! Based on our experience I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking a mortgage especially if you have adverse credit.”

“I’m a repeat customer, and my experience with CLS has been nothing short of exceptional each time. When I first came across the company I feared I’d need to sell my home as I’d been rejected by several lenders - I was negotiating a divorce with bad debt and wanted to buy my ex out. Within weeks they secured me a great offer and even managed to improve on the offer before completion. 2 years on, they have now secured my remortgage with a high street lender and I couldn’t be happier. “Hi used cls recently first contact was with George Griffiths. from the onset he really puts you at ease he takes all the info you have about your financial situation let's you know straight away what mortgage would suit you best .then he waves his wand then with in a week or two morgage offer. also not forgetting rest of the team who are always updating you at every opportunity .so if your not sure of your mortgage eligibility please contact George and the gang at cls money who will give you 100% commitment in getting you the right mortgage that suits your needs thanks j.c”

“From start to finish the experience has been brilliant. Initially Charlotte was extremely helpful and very prompt when processing every part of the application, literally minutes for Charlotte to respond to queries and return them. Melissa, Kate and Nicole have equally been very efficient and managed to go from full application to approval within a week. The fact the lender approved within 5 days with only a single question to answer seems to indicate that the team at CLS are fully aware and thorough in every aspect to ensure the lenders have everything they need to make a decision. The near 3000 reviews are a clear indication of the consistency this company clearly have. Very happy and thank you again CLS.”
