“The packaging of the rug wad really good but I have placed this rug in my hallway on top of the carpet to protect it . It doesn't stay in place at all, just bunches up .”

“I have bought 3 nature indoor/outdoor rugs for my indoor space and I really love them! They have a beautiful natural feel without the bulkiness of other sisal rugs I have bought in the past. This makes them very easy to clean. In fact, they do not show the dirt at all and they are very hard wearing, so I would strongly recommend them for high traffic areas where you want to create a natural, bohemian or rustic vibe. I had a bit of a problem with the third rug I bought but The Rugs was swift to get the problem sorted. In short, this is a lovely rug and the customer service has been excellent, so I am another satisfied customer.”

“Returned an unsuitable rug. (Collection was two days late.) Packaging and rug was damaged in transit apparently. No refund of £144.90 Refusal to return the rug to me…which I have paid for. Too much stress for a disabled pensioner. Unbelievable. AVOID!!!”

For such situations, we stated the part below in our previous collection message; "Please take a photo of the packaged item before collection and keep the image. In case the product arrives damaged or dirty, you may share these images as proof. Please ensure that the item is well-packed to prevent any damage during the carriage. Otherwise, no refund can be issued." Since the rug was not packaged safely and was defective during transit, we cannot issue a refund for your order. You informed us that the packaging could not be done safely after we received the returned item. We would have helped you with the packaging if we had been informed about this issue. “Good quality for the price and exactly what I needed for my kitchen/diner. Previously had a a shaggier style rug which was very difficult to wash, so this one is going to be much easier! Only slight negative is that the colours are pinkier than red, but overall I am thrilled with the rug. Super quick delivery too and it arrived very well packaged.”

“Rug arrived within a couple of days of ordering. On unpacking found dark marks and quality inferior to what I expected. The black marks were easy to remove with damp cloth. The only reason I didn’t return item is that its use is for a dog area and easy to keep clean. I was just a bit disappointed with the quality but as it was reasonably priced I’m happy to keep it for the summer months before I replace it.”
