Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

“Helen pierced my sons ear lobe she was really brilliant and professional and helpped calm my son as he was a little anxious even though he was very excited! The whole team were so lovely and complementary on his new piercing! I always purchase my earing from f.hinds stamford and we got 20% off when we get his next earing so brilliant and the price was fair! But id like to thank everyone in there as the are always so lovely!”

“The staff have been absolutely amazing by helping me find what I’m looking for and letting me try things on before committing to buying. “As I have in the past I went straight to Hinds for watch batteries. The young man I met was very knowledgable and a pleasure to speak with. One watch needed batteries, which was done while I waited and the other was working and I hadn't realised. It has no sweep hand and I came to the wrong conclusion. Another lady helped and was also very pleasant. It was another enjoyable visit to Hinds.”
