La verdad al principio me genero un poco de duda por tratar con uan pagina que no conocia pero la verdad todo fue mejor de lo esperado les doy un 10/10 fácil y rapido sin tener q entregar mi celular a algun desconocido que pudiera optener mis datos estoy feliz con el servicio se los recomiendo

Como indican nuestros Términos, "Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone: ingresa los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". Just do it! I had bought an iPad 2 years ago and finally decided to activate on 5G just to find out it was carrier locked. I’ve never used this type of unlock service in the past but I went out on a limb to try it. I was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the overall price for the service was and my entire unlock process only took me about 10 minutes start to unlocked. Email communication and status update page for every step was very comforting so you can follow along each step it’s at. I would highly recommend ExpressUnlocks for your needs and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Para completar el desbloqueo, inserta una tarjeta SIM que no sea de T-Mobile e introduce el código. Según nuestras condiciones, "Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone: introducir los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". Si tu Pixel no solicita un código de desbloqueo al insertar una tarjeta SIM que no sea de T-Mobile, "Un dispositivo Android solo se puede desbloquear mediante un código si el dispositivo lo solicita...", y se requerirá un desbloqueo remoto por USB. Hi — I’m sorry you’re still locked out. Our records show your order (Oct 24, 2025) status is “Unlock Complete.” Please try the iPhone steps first: per our terms, “iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;” — connect to WiFi, fully power off, then power on. If that doesn’t work, try another carrier SIM or a restore via iTunes (only if not jailbroken). If your phone has Activation Lock or is blacklisted it can still appear unlocked but be unusable — as noted, “iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock.” Also check whether a Premium Service was indicated in your status (required for some iPhones). Reply with your order number or IMEI and I’ll escalate this to our techs right away to walk you through the next steps. — Charlotte

Unhappy with how your service was conducted.. I seen the advert saying £15 & thought great I’m happy with that! I was not happy when half way through unlocking my phone, you then wanted another £30 to complete the procedure 🤦‍♂️

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m sorry the extra payment was a surprise. I can see you paid £14.99 for an Eligibility Check and £30 for the Standard Unlock and your order status is "Unlock Complete." Please note our policy: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." and "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for." Also, if an iPhone needs extra work a Premium Service may be required: "If the iPhone doesn't meet certain criteria (disclosed on their checkout page), a Premium Service may be required in addition to the Standard Unlocking Payment. This will be shown in their status." Because your order shows Unlock Complete, please finish the iPhone unlock by following the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If it still shows locked, reply with your order number or the email used and I’ll look into it right away.

The process of unlocking the phone on express unlock's end is quite fast but the problem is, it is only showing unlocked on their end but the phone itself is still showing SIM-Locked which a bit frustrating. As per turnaround time on the website, it is showing the support will reply within 30mins which they made a response within that given timeframe. However, the phone is still showing SIM-Locked. I made a follow up multiple times and no response given as if its like what they have in mind is, "it is showing on our end that your phone is unlocked so, get lost!". The customer service even advised me to record a video of the phone's setting which I made effort to do so but after sending multiple videos, no response at all. Maybe because I already made the payment?? I tried my luck getting a service that is supposed to be great but I'm so disappointed right now. I hope this gets fixed. All I want is to get an update if the process is still ongoing or should I still hope that they are working on it but sadly, I'm not getting anything at all. This is definitely a scam. I give up. They even offered me a refund to change the review from 1 start to 5 star and mentioned that they send the refund immediately which I agree to get the money back since the solution was never been given but it's been more than 10hrs and no refund. So changing it back to 1 star which is the original rating.
