This worked to unlock my iPhone 11 that was purchased from Verizon. It was expensive and the costs were not clear to me up front. They charged about $25 just to check that my phone was eligible and another $54 to actually unlock it. Another company had quoted $24.99 which I assume was the total cost.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. Thanks for the feedback and I’m sorry the pricing wasn’t clear. To explain: our service does an Eligibility Check (a separate, paid check) and then the actual unlock — those are billed separately. As our policy states, “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable,” and “Pre‑orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order.” The order summary page also shows if “there may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock” before you complete payment. Your order status shows “Unlock Complete,” so your iPhone 11 should now be free to use — for iPhones the final step is to connect to Wi‑Fi, then turn the phone off and on to finish the unlock. I understand the other company quoted $24.99 — we separate the check and the unlock, which is why your total was $24.99 + $54. If you’d like, I can double‑check your order details or walk you through the final steps to ensure everything’s working.

Was a lil upset I paid more to get it unlock and it took forever when I should’ve just paid it off but it’s unlock will recommend

Hi — Charlotte here. Sorry it took longer than expected — I know paying extra for speed and still waiting is frustrating. Good news: your order shows "Unlock Complete." To finish the iPhone unlock, please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on;" (Terms: 8.1). Times can vary: "These delivery times are variable and can decrease as well as increase without notice" (Terms: 6.2). If anything’s not working, reply and I’ll help get it sorted. Difficult choice with which company to use as there are so many. Expressunlocks looked to be the easiest so took a punt. Very speedy service with easy updates available. Would definitely recommend

It is a mistake on unlocking, it should be unlock the icloud accout not the sim. Can you help me Unlock the Iphone, because I've already use the fund on unlocking. Please Help me 🙏

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m sorry this happened, I know that’s stressful. Your order status shows "Unlock Complete" for a Standard SIM unlock, so that service has been delivered and we can’t refund those payments. Also, as our policy states: "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." If you need the iCloud/account removed, that’s a different service — you can either ask the original owner to remove the iCloud lock or purchase our iCloud Removal service via expressunlocks.com. I asked a representative about getting a refund on the device as I decided not to keep it and after they emailed me back I was blocked from further communication.

Per our terms: "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for," and our Refund Policy states "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." You paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check (non-refundable) and $68 for the Standard Unlock; your order status shows "Unlock Complete," so the service has been delivered — refunds for change of mind aren’t provided. Refunds are only given in specific failure cases (for example: "Incorrect Unlocking Code" after working with a technician, or certain iPhone errors with video proof). If the phone still isn’t working for you I can reopen support and check eligibility for a refund or help finish the unlock — for iPhones the final step is to connect to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on ("iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;"). Please send your order number and the email used and I’ll get this escalated right away.

a representative from t-mobile actually turned me on to this website. i was sceptical, but once i submitted my initial order to see if they could in-fact unlock my phone - they did! the whole process took less then ten minutes and i was back at t-mobile with my unlocked phone starting a fresh new plan. many thanks! this is a fantastic service.
