My phone got unlocked a day before it was promised. It was costly to unlock my iPhone 15pro max.

So easy to use !!! Friendly and prompt service and quick answers to several questions. Anna was fantastic. Friendly and very knowledgeable about what I wanted. My phone is now unlocked with no problem. LG K920AM from AT&T now works on Cricket Mobile after unlock. Thanks !!!

Son excelentes en lo que hacen, no dudes en poner tu confianza en express unlock, mi Teléfono Iphone14 no pudieron desbloquearlo en tienda y gracias a Express Unlock ahora puedo usar mi teléfono con cualquier compañía en todo el mundo. Gracias totales. Si funciona.

Do NOT use this service. I was charged multiple separate fees just to even start the unlock process. I waited past the requested time — not the “instant unlock” they advertise on their site — and when it still wasn’t done, I asked for a refund. They refused to refund me and then blocked me from messaging them. I ended up going to another company and paid only $30, and they unlocked my device within 30 minutes with no issues. Save your money and avoid this place completely.

Our records show your order (iPhone 17 Pro Max, Reseller Flex USA) is marked “Unlock Complete.” To finish an iPhone unlock please “connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on” (Terms §8.1). I can confirm the payments you made were: $6.99 Network Check, $24.99 Eligibility Check, and $93 Standard Unlock. Please note that “Eligibility Check: These checks are non‑refundable” and “It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for” (Refund Policy / Terms §2.1). If the unlock truly failed after we worked with you and our technician couldn’t get a code to work, we would refund under “Incorrect Unlocking Code” — let me know and I’ll escalate. If the phone still isn’t working, send me your order number or IMEI and I’ll reopen this for investigation and help get it finished. — Charlotte

Please please please don’t give your money to these scammers!!! Very quick to take your money and tell you the job is done but when you send them proof that it hasn’t worked and it’s not completed, instead of trying to figure out the problem they just ignore you. For the last two weeks I have been asking for either help or a refund on the same ticket that hasn’t been closed and they are just fully reading my messages and ignoring me. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Haven’t had a refund yet either

I can see your order (placed 11 Nov 2025) for an iPhone 14 on a UK network is showing "Unlock Complete" and you’ve paid £4.99 (Network Check), £23.99 (Eligibility) and £30 (Standard Unlock). Please try these quick checks first: - Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi and turn it off and on (our instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;"). - Try a different SIM (from another UK network or a foreign SIM) to confirm. - Check Settings > General > About — if it shows "No SIM Restrictions" the phone is unlocked. If you get an "Incompatible SIM" or similar error, please send a short video of the error — as our policy states: "Specific iPhone Issue: Refunds are provided if an iPhone unlock fails solely due to 'Incompatible Sim' message. Proof in the form of a video is required." If that doesn’t help, reply with your order number or IMEI and I’ll reopen and escalate your ticket to a senior technician right away. I’ll stay on this until it’s sorted.

I needed to unlock a spare phone due to my usual phone being unusable. I supplied the the phones IMEI number and was kept informed of the process from start to finish. Very happy with the service and would use again.
