Tu pedido (realizado el 12 de noviembre de 2025) muestra "Desbloqueo completado" y tu código de desbloqueo para Moto G Power es 94238903. Inserta una tarjeta SIM que no sea de Movistar e introduce ese código cuando se te solicite. Si el teléfono no te pide un código, necesitarás un desbloqueo remoto por USB. Si necesitas ayuda, responde aquí y te asistiré.

I have to admit that I was a little adamant about this company because it took so long but they did come through and my phone was unlocked just like that. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Como indican nuestros Términos y Condiciones: "La finalización del proceso de desbloqueo se realiza mediante notificación por correo electrónico... Para dispositivos que no son iPhone: introduce los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". Inserta una tarjeta SIM incompatible e introduce el NCK: 3962460594942838. Si se te solicita, introduce el MCK: 0686952480397483. Very quick with all checks of the phone. Then customer service was very polite and understanding. Took a little longer than I thought with the unlocking stage but when I messaged them and explained the situation they we’re very quick and got it sorted.

This worked to unlock my iPhone 11 that was purchased from Verizon. It was expensive and the costs were not clear to me up front. They charged about $25 just to check that my phone was eligible and another $54 to actually unlock it. Another company had quoted $24.99 which I assume was the total cost.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. Thanks for the feedback and I’m sorry the pricing wasn’t clear. To explain: our service does an Eligibility Check (a separate, paid check) and then the actual unlock — those are billed separately. As our policy states, “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable,” and “Pre‑orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order.” The order summary page also shows if “there may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock” before you complete payment. Your order status shows “Unlock Complete,” so your iPhone 11 should now be free to use — for iPhones the final step is to connect to Wi‑Fi, then turn the phone off and on to finish the unlock. I understand the other company quoted $24.99 — we separate the check and the unlock, which is why your total was $24.99 + $54. If you’d like, I can double‑check your order details or walk you through the final steps to ensure everything’s working.
