Hi — Charlotte here. Sorry you feel that way — I want to help. Your order (placed Aug 9, 2025) shows as "Unlock Complete" and the codes are: NCK=4647495285740620 MCK=7139684615931519. To finish the unlock, insert a non-AT&T SIM and enter the code when prompted — as our terms say, "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions." You’ve paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $106 for the Standard Unlock; those costs are shown on the checkout page and are standard for this process. If the phone doesn’t prompt for a code or the code won’t work, reply here and I’ll walk you through troubleshooting. If we work with you and the code still can’t be made to work, our Refund Policy states: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded." Tell me what happens when you insert the new SIM and I’ll assist.

“Three stars as of now because I’m not able to access the phone to make sure it is unlocked. I did receive confirmation email that it is unlocked, however the 365 day live chat support is not at all 365 days nor is it live. Quite obvious it’s a chat bot. Went multiple days without responses and even after emailing there was no direct response from a person. If the phone is unlocked and useable I will give 4 stars. Took 7 days.”

Hi — I’m sorry the chat/support experience was poor and that this has been frustrating. Your order (placed 14 Aug 2025) for the iPhone 13 Pro Max on AT&T USA shows status: Unlock Complete. You’ve paid $54 for the Standard Unlock — all costs are shown on the checkout page. Please try these steps to finish: - Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi, then turn it off and on. As our T&Cs say: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" - If possible, insert a different (non‑AT&T) SIM to verify it accepts another network. - Or check Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock — it should show "No SIM restrictions." If it still seems locked, please reply with a screenshot of Settings > About or the exact message you see (or a short video if you see "Incompatible SIM") and I’ll escalate this immediately. “I was pleasantly surprised by how simple this process was! I always thought phone unlocking was something slightly shady that happened on market stalls but actually this process is completely legitimate and so, so easy. My husbands phone was unlocked within a few hours of us submitting the imei and payment and is now working absolutely perfectly. I cant comment on customer service as the process was so quick, easy and simple to complete that we had no need to reach out to customer service! However we did appreciate being able to track the progress of the unlocking. Very happy customers, thank you.”

“Expressunlocks.com is a game changer. I had a IPhone 14 Pro that I gave to my sister. She took the phone to her carrier to program but it was locked by ATT. I called ATT to get them to unlock the phone and they refused even though I still have service with them and it was my old phone. I contacted Express Unlocks and they made it happen. The phone s now unlocked and my sister can get it activated on her carrier.”

“Wow I was very skeptical, it took 3 weeks, but it is now unlocked, communication could be better they sent me the same email 3 times, but it does work. I bought a phone off Facebook and the people swore it was carrier unlocked, well it was BUT it wasn’t unlocked physically and I called spectrum at least 10 times and even though the phone was “unlocked” they would have to have the original owners call in, to “put in a ticket” which they just kept refusing to do.. so thank you express unlocked, although I thought I was out of luck and just got a different phone, but will be giving this to my sibling so they have something nice. But express locks does work, they do just need better communication so that you’re not so left in the dark..”

“The process is pretty straightforward online as long as you are prepared fopr the seprate eligibility check fee and then a further unlock fee. On on older O2 Samsung phone it took 6 days to get the unlock code, although it was only an hour or so for a different Google phone on EE. They had to go to Samsung for the code. The progress is updated but I doubt the predicted time taken is ever very accurate. It worked, which is the manin thing, and the comms were pretty good.”
