So they tell u a time frame after the time it stayed 99%for 7days and then it unlocked 7days made me feel like it was a scam but it’s not. It’s takes time and they charge u 25$ plus the 54 for the unlock just so u know so u can have the full funds… thank u for your service I was able to use my phone now

I can confirm your order (placed Oct 30, 2025) shows two payments: $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $54 for the Standard Unlock, and the order status is "Unlock Complete." There shouldn’t be any hidden final payment. As our terms state, “Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order,” and if a device needs extra work “a Premium Service may be required… This will be shown in their status.” Our Refund Policy also notes “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable” and “Criteria Not Met: If your phone requires an upgrade (e.g., from Standard to Premium Service), any initial payments are non-refundable.” Because your status is Unlock Complete, no premium upgrade should have been charged. If you still see an extra/unknown charge, please reply with the transaction date and last 4 digits of the card used and I’ll investigate and explain what happened. Thanks, Charlotte

I paid both fees that was required and was notified that my phone was unlocked but when I went to check in my settings, it still showed that my phone was carrier locked. Paid almost $100 to not have what I needed done and tried contacting support and haven’t received any response back on resolving this issue in over 3 hours when it clearly states that I should receive a response back within 30 minutes.

Hi — I’m Charlotte, sorry you’re having this trouble and for the slow reply. I can see you paid $24.99 (Eligibility Check) + $68 (Standard Unlock) and your order shows “Unlock Complete.” Please try the iPhone unlock steps exactly as we use: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — make sure it’s on WiFi, power it fully off, then back on. If you have a non‑Verizon SIM, insert it to confirm the unlock. If it still shows carrier locked, it may need a Premium Service (if required this would show in your order status). I’ll escalate this to our unlock team right away — please reply with your order number and the last 6 digits of your IMEI so I can push this through faster.

La verdad al principio me genero un poco de duda por tratar con uan pagina que no conocia pero la verdad todo fue mejor de lo esperado les doy un 10/10 fácil y rapido sin tener q entregar mi celular a algun desconocido que pudiera optener mis datos estoy feliz con el servicio se los recomiendo

Como indican nuestros Términos, "Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone: ingresa los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico". Usa los códigos NCK=2852960294916070 y MCK=4709524964841863 para completar el desbloqueo. Si necesitas ayuda para ingresarlos, solo responde y te guiaré.
