To finish the iPhone unlock, please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on;" (Terms: 8.1). Times can vary: "These delivery times are variable and can decrease as well as increase without notice" (Terms: 6.2). If anything’s not working, reply and I’ll help get it sorted. Your order status shows "Unlock Complete" for a Standard SIM unlock, so that service has been delivered and we can’t refund those payments. Also, as our policy states: "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." If you need the iCloud/account removed, that’s a different service — you can either ask the original owner to remove the iCloud lock or purchase our iCloud Removal service via expressunlocks.com. “I asked a representative about getting a refund on the device as I decided not to keep it and after they emailed me back I was blocked from further communication.”

Per our terms: "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for," and our Refund Policy states "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." You paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check (non-refundable) and $68 for the Standard Unlock; your order status shows "Unlock Complete," so the service has been delivered — refunds for change of mind aren’t provided. Refunds are only given in specific failure cases (for example: "Incorrect Unlocking Code" after working with a technician, or certain iPhone errors with video proof). If the phone still isn’t working for you I can reopen support and check eligibility for a refund or help finish the unlock — for iPhones the final step is to connect to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on ("iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;"). Please send your order number and the email used and I’ll get this escalated right away.
