“The premium was excellent the way it was put together was not, it asked one particular question is your car registered at the address you live at with a yes or no answer why it's just a loophole for the insurer to say sorry we are not covering you because your car is not registered to your address, but there on the questions and answers was no facility to give an address for the car registered and the address of the owner, so I stayed with my existing insurer because they offer alternate addresses for the vehical to be at, my car is registered at my yard address but I don't live there but I do have interests there, it's not clear what you are insuring me the car the address, or my address or the cars address, or the registrations address, that's the problem with online it's limited in its intelligence to do only yes or no questions if it does not ask the question then it's not fit for purpose.”
