“I’m mid 60s and have always slept poorly. I saw the Zees Sleep Pebble on a TV programme and thought it was worth a try. I didn’t really have any great expectations. It took a few days to have any effect and then I started to notice I was going to sleep quicker. I still wake up a few times each night but get back to sleep much quicker. I’m even sleeping longer in the morning. Great product!!”

“It took some time to work but the pebble has really helped me sleep and 3 months in it’s still improving! I nod off far quicker and I generally sleep longer than I used to. I still wake in the night once or twice but I seem to get back to sleep much quicker. Overall my sleep is much better. I have been suffering with long covid since March. I have had problems with sleep before but the long covid caused my sleep to be terrible. This has definitely helped. Very happy with my purchase and brilliant service from Anna and the team. If you have trouble with your sleep I highly recommend you give it try!”

“I initially rented my zeez machine and initially did not think it was helping. With encouragement and kindness from Ann at Zeez I had an additional month's trial for free and then began to feel the effects of the Zeez helping my brain to calm and settle into sleep. Having had awful insomnia due to the perimenopause I think HRT and the Zeez have been extremely helpful in allowing me a more restful night's sleep.”

“I have been using my pebble since Christmas. It took a little while but now I cant be without it. Only last night my partner said didnt you hear the dog whining at 3am!!!!! Seriously I was sound asleep Before zeez anything would wake me So so pleased with this product”

“A birthday present is to be something you wouldn't buy for yourself. That is why my husband gave me the Zeez. An expensive wee plastic pebble with one button and one light, made no sound, no obvious indication of the difference it was going to make to my life. But was we were told if it didn't help I could return. After a full hysterectomy last year I have been averaging 1-2 hours a night which was having a massive effect on my health and my GP insisted on sleeping drugs. With the sleep pebble, not even a nytol or paracetamol is needed. I still couldn't be sure it if was physiological until one night I just couldn't sleep even with the Zeez, then realised my mobile was not on airplane mode, after I sorted that ................ it was the last thing I remember, RESULT!”

“Having received my new Zeez pebble at the beginning of April and also having worked on improving my vitamin intake, as per your instructions, I rather sceptically started to use the pebble. I would say that it took around two weeks for me to notice any improvements and I did suffer from a few headaches during that time, but when things did start to improve it was simply remarkable. Now, three months in, I am so confident of sleeping well that I have almost forgotten what it was like not to sleep and I cannot believe how my life has turned around. I didn't realise how bad I was feeling until I started to feel better, I suppose you just plod along and get used to things!! I have energy and enthusiasm and just feel like a different person. I do still wake up in the night - on average three times - but I find I get back to sleep in no time at all and it really doesn't bother me at all, considering I was used to waking much more than that and always struggling to get back to sleep. Thank you so very much for your help and support and for the most amazing product. I am interested in purchasing the pad when one becomes available and I know that my son-in-law has his eye on the pebble!!”

“I first saw the Zeez featured on the Gadget show and having struggled with sleep for many years I decided to give it a go. The option of being able to rent one appealed to me as it meant I would have a chance to try it for an extended period without committing to the full purchase, especially as my sleep can be very unpredictable! As with many people who suffer from poor sleep, I've tried many things over the years including a CBT course, which didn't help at all! After trying the Zeez pebble for a few nights I noticed a definite improvement in sleep quality however after a couple of weeks or so I seemed to go back to square one with some nights of very poor sleep returning. This was quite devastating after such a positive start! I got to the point where I thought the Zeez had actually failed in some way, so I emailed Anna (who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful), who after a brief chat advised me where I was going wrong. Essentially I had not been taking enough Magnesium. The tap water is pretty awful where i live (East Anglia) and I’d not been helping by double-filtering it (I was using a filter jug and then filling a filtered bottle) as this improved the taste, but had the effect of filtering out the vital minerals, including magnesium. Anna also informed me that it’s also possible to drink too much water (magnesium is water-soluble and so can be diluted by drinking too much water). As soon as i realized this I can definitely say my sleep had worsened in line with switching to using filtered water rather than bottled mineral water. Anna suggested a better magnesium supplement (not all magnesium is the same, see the Zeez site for further info) and I've found Magnesium Citrate Powder to be the most effective as it's more easily absorbed than tablet form, it's also easily added to a glass of water or juice. I’d always thought there was some sort of link between the water I was drinking and sleep patterns, I just didn’t know what! As it says on the Zeez site Magnesium is essential for good sleep, now I know this for sure I don't have any issues in taking a Magnesium supplement. I've also struggled with histamine intolerance in the past (I had an overactive immune response following a brush with Lyme Disease and a very high dose of antibiotics), increasing the amount of histamine in my system. which also has an effect on sleep. I saw a Nutritional Therapist (https://www.youmeandvitality.com/) who was excellent and helped me to diagnose this. I would highly recommend going down this route if you suspect there may be other factors affecting your ability to sleep. It is surprising how much diet can affect your general well-being and sleep, unfortunately, there is nowhere near enough education on this subject and I firmly believe diet and nutrition should be at the forefront of medical diagnosis. Overall the Zeez has definitely improved my sleep and I feel that the sleep quality I'm getting is much better and almost feels like the sleep I used to get many years ago before insomnia took over! I have now purchased the Zeez after the rental period has ended, I had no doubt whatsoever in going ahead with the purchase. If you are struggling with sleep I would highly recommend trying a Zeez.”

“When you’ve tried everything else to get a good night’s sleep, the Zeez Pebble is (at last) a real breakthrough. It’s all about the quality of your sleep and being able to drop off quite quickly. It takes a week or more to get used to it. After that, poor sleep is a thing of the past. Plus I’m having some amazing dreams! I saw it featured on the Gadget Show, and my its made a big difference to my at overall health. Top tip- buy it direct from Zeez, not from Amazon, as you’ll get the big discount.”

“I initially saw this on a The Gadget Show and was initially sceptical. I decided to buy given their money back guarantee and did find the first few weeks a little challenging as my sleep seemed to get worse ( this did however give me hope as if it was an empty box it would have had no effect!!). Anyhow, after about 2 weeks I suddenly noticed I was beginning to sleep all night, uninterrupted. This was massive news for me and hadn’t occurred for many years. Slowly, but surely, my sleep has got better and better … not 100% but at least 80% and improving. I still get the odd bad night but it’s getting rarer and rarer. I also monitor my sleep score via my Apple Watch and there is no doubt that it has improved. I would not be without my Zeez and tell anyone who has similar problems, all about it. So glad I watched The Gadget Show!!”

“Before I ordered a Zeez Pebble four years ago, I was taking ZzzQuil every night in order to get to sleep and stay asleep. I knew the ZzzQuil was not good for me, but I needed sleep and it worked. When I ordered the Zeez Pebble, Anna discussed nutrients and suggested a couple of changes to my supplements. It took a few months of using the Zeez Pebble, but I was eventually able to get to sleep and stay asleep without the ZzzQuil. I now use the Pebble occasionally when I am not sleeping well. I highly recommend it! Great customer support after the purchase as well!”

“I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical about the Zeez sleep pebble but decided to give it a go - I'm glad I did! I previously took a very long time to get over to sleep (sometimes hours), but over a few months with the Zeez pebble have noticed that I've been able to get to sleep much more quickly. According to my fitbit the proportion of deep and REM sleep is also increasing.”

“"I am absolutely fine with the Zeez, I am now sleeping all the way through. It totally works. I was able to come off the depression meds, partly because of my new good sleep pattern. I used to sleep until 2 or 3 pm before I had the Zeez. It's made a huge impact and I can now sleep. It's worth every penny; I don't regret it. Thanks for inventing it! “I am using Zeez since January 2022 and so far I am soo happy to have it!! I have sleeping problem as my over bladder condition is biggest part of it, during the night my trip to toilet was 4-5 times a night, even I was on my treatment for bladder condition, since I started to have Zeez my sleeping quality started better and better in time, my trip at this moment maximum 2 times at night, this is big progress for me and very happy for that! , my bladder can not beat Zeez!!! As on the phone that guided to me I am not plugging an any electric devices around me like mobile or I pad, putting my Zeez under my pillow or sometimes I am holding o my had and somethimes I can feel gentle electrical sensation, so my sleep quality get better and after toilet to go back to sleep is no problem anymore, when I am in bed sleeping again and waking up next day fresh and ready for day!!! What can I ask more!!! I must say thank you who ever involve to invade this device and I have special thank you to Anna who was on the phone with me and guided ver nicely, instead of try to sell product she try to understand my sleeping problem and she was quite sure my problem will be better and eventually will be end with Zeez and she was right!!! Thank you so much, I definitely recommended people if they really wishing quality sleep and freshness!!”

“I purchased a Zeez Pebble for my wife, who has always had problems getting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the Zeez didn't work out for her but, notwithstanding, I've been tremendously impressed by the support from Zeez. We dealt directly with Anna McKay, the creator of Zeez, and she not only fulfilled the company's promise of a refund but extended the trial period to give us more time. She also worked with my wife on nutritional advice, which was really helpful. I can't speak highly enough of the treatment we received. “I find the Zeez very helpful. I used to suffer from bad anxiety at night and couldn't switch off with negative thoughts racing, but all that has thankfully stopped. It is working well for me and I feel better about it. I'm a gadget person. I meditate and use a Muse, an app on a headband, to monitor my sleep. Many thanks to the kind lady who gave me a follow-up call.”

“Although I was dubious about this initially It helped me sleep after 2 weeks. I am using a sleep band to measure the improvement. One night I even had 10 hrs sleep, that's unheard of! I It's helping me sleep deeper and longer and fall asleep faster. I used to lay awake for about 3 hours before, and now I wake up much less and fall asleep quickly again."”

“My husband has big problem with sleeping . His average sleep was 4-5 hours . After 5 weeks using Zeez his sleep habit approved, he is sleeping batter and even when he is awake during the night he is feeling to sleep lots quicker than before .”
