Having received my new Zeez pebble at the beginning of April and also having worked on improving my vitamin intake, as per your instructions, I rather sceptically started to use the pebble. I would say that it took around two weeks for me to notice any improvements and I did suffer from a few headaches during that time, but when things did start to improve it was simply remarkable. Now, three months in, I am so confident of sleeping well that I have almost forgotten what it was like not to sleep and I cannot believe how my life has turned around. I didn't realise how bad I was feeling until I started to feel better, I suppose you just plod along and get used to things!! I have energy and enthusiasm and just feel like a different person. I do still wake up in the night - on average three times - but I find I get back to sleep in no time at all and it really doesn't bother me at all, considering I was used to waking much more than that and always struggling to get back to sleep. Thank you so very much for your help and support and for the most amazing product. I am interested in purchasing the pad when one becomes available and I know that my son-in-law has his eye on the pebble!!
