It has taken me quite a while - about 2 months - to work out how to use this device to get the best from it, but now that I have everything sorted I can heartily recommend it. For me at least it has meant that for the first time in my life I can go to bed confident that I will sleep. It's a life-changer. Well worth the money. Fabulous support from the people who produce it and you get your money back if it doesn't work for you - what's not to like?? I call it 'my magic pebble'. Just soooo glad I found it!
