I’m mid 60s and have always slept poorly. I saw the Zees Sleep Pebble on a TV programme and thought it was worth a try. I didn’t really have any great expectations.
It took a few days to have any effect and then I started to notice I was going to sleep quicker. I still wake up a few times each night but get back to sleep much quicker. I’m even sleeping longer in the morning.
