It took some time to work but the pebble has really helped me sleep and 3 months in it’s still improving! I nod off far quicker and I generally sleep longer than I used to. I still wake in the night once or twice but I seem to get back to sleep much quicker. Overall my sleep is much better. I have been suffering with long covid since March. I have had problems with sleep before but the long covid caused my sleep to be terrible. This has definitely helped. Very happy with my purchase and brilliant service from Anna and the team.
