The pebble has changed my life! I no longer dread going to bed only to be wide awake as soon as my head hits the pillow. I now fall asleep within a short time and sleep well. I usually wake once or twice through the night but go back to sleep quickly. I feel so much better for having a regular sleep pattern. I have the occasional night where it’s less easy to get to sleep - usually if I have something on my mind or the nights leading up to the full moon when, previously, I could expect to have several very bad nights. I can’t praise this brilliant little gadget enough. Thank you.
