I saw the Zeez Sleep Pebble featured by chance on Women's Health Breaking Taboos series and decided to order one. I have slept extremely badly for 20+ years,getting around 3-4 hours a night but often much less than that. This has severely impacted my life and nothing I tried improved the situation. Since using the Pebble I feel there has been an improvement. It has taken a number of weeks but I'm sleeping for around 4-5 hours, usually waking between 4 and 5am. Sometimes I can go back to sleep if I read for a while but often I can't. I used to spend most of my time not actually fully asleep, constantly in a state of awareness. This has definitely improved and my time asleep is now usually properly asleep. I'm encouraged to read other people's experiences who also feel it has taken longer than usual to improve as it gives me hope that in time I will achieve consistent full nights sleep. In addition to using the Pebble I take a multi mineral and magnesium each night which is recommended. I also take a high dose of melatonin which prior to using the Pebble had very little effect. All in all I definitely feel there has been an improvement and will continue to use my Pebble
