A birthday present is to be something you wouldn't buy for yourself. That is why my husband gave me the Zeez. An expensive wee plastic pebble with one button and one light, made no sound, no obvious indication of the difference it was going to make to my life. But was we were told if it didn't help I could return. After a full hysterectomy last year I have been averaging 1-2 hours a night which was having a massive effect on my health and my GP insisted on sleeping drugs. With the sleep pebble, not even a nytol or paracetamol is needed.
