“Good service, and price cheaper than anywhere else. Game arrived on date specified, didn't get any tracking info but apart from this very happy and would use Zatu again.”

“Buying from Zatu Games is easy and items are well packed and sent quickly. Pre-orders are a different kettle of meeples. I am still waiting for a playmat which I ordered in April ( 7 months) doh!!!”

“Products arrived in good order and was pleasantly surprised when I found out how well they were packed. The only downside was that the parcel arrived a day early and needed someone to be there to receive it. I had to rearrange an already agreed working-from-home day last minute to accommodate.”

“My review is not about the games, but dbout the fact that when I first went on the site to price possible presents up I worked out what to get. When I went to order however prices had hone up!!!. This meant I had to re think what to buy. I had put the products I was interested in in my basket but when I had decided what to get I found my basket empty & then prices had further risen. I did phone up about this and was informed it would be looked into ,and that prices shouldn't change.”

“Ordered a couple of wish list board games as part of the pre-Black Friday sales. The prices were very reasonable compared to other sites, and my order was dispatched quickly. I also like the reward point system. Will definitely buy from here again!”

“I have generally had good results when ordering items in stock from Zatu, with excellent value for money. Most recently, I was surprised by how little protection was provided with the packaging; however, there was no damage to the games enclosed. I very much appreciate the use of Royal Mail for my deliveries.”

“Overall I highly rate Zatu Games, however be careful when placing backorders and pre-orders as an estimated 2 month wait period can turn into 8+. In stock items are always dispatched in a timely manner and always well packaged. Any issues I've had have been fairly easy to speak to support about.”

“Recieved the bunny hops game in return for my honest review. The game was at first a little confusing, but once we had managed to work 9ut the rules we had a great time. Light hearted fun perfect addition to any games night I would like to add that it's probably not suitable for children aged 10 as some of the questions were songs which they wouldn't not have heard of, but we managed to skip certain categories depending on who was playing”

“Cracking service as usual never a problem with zatu... although there is slight damage to the box which is a little annoying I would have given 5 star but the damage is rather upsetting”

“Order process and dispatch of item were quick. Board game was reasonable price, noticed slight price increase as stock numbers dropped. Delivery via Royal Mail was one week late even though paid for 48H delivery. There is no way to easily talk to customer service for an update on a new delivery date. Luckily Zatu have other courier options so I will try Yodel next time.”
