“Zatu’s response to my order was very quick considering it was shipped from UK to the USA. The tracking mechanism worked very well. I’m enjoying my new games very much and will order from Zatu again. The only glitch was the poor packaging. By the time it arrived at my door, the box was very beat up and much of the tape broken. Luckily the only thing damaged was a deep crease in the game box lid (see photo). The game components were undamaged. I would recommend more protective padding inside the box and heavier tape when shipping to the USA.”

“Bought the summer party version of hitster. None of the QR codes matched the songs that played on Spotify. I informed them and they said I would have to go through the trouble of returning it ON MY OWN DIME and then I would get a refund. Very disappointing.”

“I have been using Zatu for years, never had an issue and we probably purchase a game ever 2/3 months, always in perfect condition with prompt delivery, no issues at all.. except the prices being so good it's only increasing our tbp pile 😂”
