Hi There Thank you for your review, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We always aim to dispatch pre-orders so they arrive on release day, but on this occasion we were unfortunately late in sending out your order due to our stock not arriving with us in time, and we apologise for that delay. Once dispatched, delivery times are handled by Royal Mail, and the additional delay you experienced was due to courier issues outside of our control. We understand how disappointing this must have been and we appreciate your patience. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team at team@zatu.co.uk with reference 1658 and we’ll be happy to help. Thank You, Team Zatu Games

“When things became too difficult for me to handle alone, I knew I needed the support of people who truly understood what they were doing. A friend recommended xwaxt.com, and choosing to contact them was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very first message, their team was attentive, reassuring, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right solution. They approached everything with patience, professionalism, and real care, lifting a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m sincerely thankful for their guidance and the outstanding results they provided.””

“Quick and efficient, with good stock and delivery times. No issues when buying items that are in stock; haven't had any experience with backorders or pre-orders. A point system is a nice way to add a bit of order if you are a repeat customer.”
