“Paid a lot for a wooden Tender Leaf kitchen. Have just assembled it for Christmas and there’s several issues with the product, split wood as screws are too big for the pieces, dirty stains, chips and wood already split during manufacturing. Very disappointing given the price.”

“I ordered in Nov and have nothing to gift my wife and children on Christmas Day! I am beyond angry. They didn’t bother to ship my gift until Dec 12th. Thanks for ruining Christmas. They haven’t yet bothered to tr and make this right.”

We’d like to clarify that this was an international order to the US, and while the parcel was dispatched from us in December, it was unfortunately delayed in transit due to customs processing, which is outside of our direct control.
