“Great company, often has games in that other sites have sold out of and always seems to have best price. Not full stars as once got a torn box inside perfect shrink wrap and parcel so must have been torn before shrink wrapping so most likely before they even got it so only one star off as sneaky idea nothing to do with them. Apart from that they are now my first call for looking for a game and even come fast too.”

“Game showed up damaged. It was a large heavy game packed in an oversized box with a single sheet of packing paper. Box is dinged up on every corner and one big on a side corner. Im very disappointed i doubt i will buy from you again if all my games show up damaged.”

We have not received any correspondence from you regarding this issue, so we’ve not had the opportunity to investigate or resolve this for you. As this is an international order, parcels go through multiple handling points and longer transit routes, where damage can unfortunately occur, though this is not something we would expect.
