“Not a good review. I made a purchase with 20 percent off and the very next day same item was 30 percent off I emailed zap about that no response then on top of that to even get the item I had to pay another 92 dollars in tariff taxes which wasn’t said upfront. Again and zap has done nothing about it. Can someone help me with this or is this just a forum for when things go well for the company.”

Dear Raghbir, Thank you for you're review. On checking your order, the order was for Balmain knitwear which was 65% off in our final Sale. Unfortunately Balmain do not issue us hangers with t-shirt/knitwear product also we can not provide this for a heavy ruduced item. I hope this helps. Regards ZAP

Dear Andrew, Thank you for your review. However we have checked your order as we always have super fast shipping. On looking in at your order you placed your order on Friday 22nd at 11:01pm this was also on a bank holiday weekend so the next avaiable shipment date would be on Tuesday 26h August. We can not change when there is a bank holiday having said this you have also missed the 2pm cut off point on the Friday for dispatch same day on Friday. I hope this helps why your order was slightly longer, this down to the time you placed the order on Friday and a Bank Holiday Weekend in the UK. Thank you. ZAP

“Sold me a used item. Wrong packaging. Labels inside lettering all washed off. Stain on jumper. Trying to attempt to get a refund and there portal can not find my order number. Horrid never using this company again no wonder they always have a sale on 24/7”
