“Wouldnt send to Sweden to problems in their past with fraud. On their website it says ship worldwide, and Sweden is an option on the list of countries they ship to.. Would not answer My e mail regarding if they never ship to Sweden. Disapointed!”

“One of the worst customer service ever, my emails are not replied, and they are incredibly rude when i called them. I ordered a size 9 sneaker which is the wrong size, i called them and emailed them to cancel it, or to change size, they said they are going to redirect the shipment, but they lied. I called the shipping company to find out that they have not have any changes, so i cancelled the delivery myself. however, the package is still delivered, and i have the suspicion that Zapclothing purposely want it to be delivered to get rid of the item. Never buy from Zapclothing, prices are attractive, but it is a scam company.”

“When I called the salesperson was very helpful.... However — here is the issue— I had emailed my questions 4 days before I make the purchase. The website does not show the EU sizing which would be helpful. I was inquiring about the sizing (us or Uk) and since I was on the ‘US’ portion of the website I figured a size 9 would be nine US not Uk. When I received my Givenchy boots they were a size 9 UK which is obviously way too big. I have now had to return my order and it’s cost $130 just to find out it was the wrong size. $30 for the first shipment and $100.00 for the return shipment. Had someone emailed me back I would’ve ordered the correct size and this loss of money wouldn’t have occurred.”

“Opening hours on Saturday are until 6. We arrived at 5.45 and said that my son couldn't go in! I'm sure that if he was waving £50 notes at the door, I'm sure they would have let him in.....”

“Worst customer service I've had in my life. The asked for an ID and it was provided but they still decided to cancel my order. Its been almost 2 weeks and the refund is showing up in my bank account. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible.”

“I just want to warn people that concider to buy from zap clothing. I tried to buy some clothes from the website and when I choosed to pay by visa my card was rejected. Morning after my bank called me and said that someone has tried to make a small purchase of 4$ at a hotell in USA and they have flagged that lots of purchases is from that website. So they mean My credit card has been hacked from the website when i filled in My credit card numbers...”
