“Having carried out a comparison on www.localbuildingsurveyor.co.uk, Your Survey came out the cheapest by £100. I rang to enquire why they were so much cheaper and was advised this was due to the fact the surveys were outsourced. I booked and paid for the survey over the phone. The receipt and confirmation of the booking were emailed to me promptly and the survey carried out in a timely manner. The report was emailed to me by the end of the same week and was a comprehensive document. Would definitely recommend.”

“Myself and my partner are buying a house for the first time - a beautiful period property. When the survey report came back there were a few things we didn't understand. Tony called me back to discuss these points - he totally put my mind at rest. He was patient and explained things a number of times until I understood. We were on the phone for a good 45 minutes whilst he ensured I was clear on everything. I would recommend this surveyor to anyone - he was fantastic - helpful, detailed and clear.”
