“As a First Time Buyer, I was really impressed with how quickly all of the agents responded to any questions I had sent by email. We paid book in our survey and this was scheduled within a week or so. We had our survey completed on Thursday 31st March and were told we should receive the report within 3-5 days and we actually received this around 4pm on the same day! The report seemed really thorough and the whole process really made it a lot less stressful for us going through our first house purchase! Would definitely recommend using them, we will if we need to again in the future :-)”

“Great service. I had two surveys as the first one showed up to much work required on the property, so, money well spent. The second survey was brilliant and I was able to speak to the surveyor personally to get reassurance that the property was in good condition, she also helped me to understand my search results and proceed with my purchase. Great price too.”

“From start to finish the process was seamless, quick and easy. I was slightly dubious given that the quote was almost half of what I had been quoted from 3 other surveying companies, but i needn't have worried. The service and quality has been excellent. The detailed report we received from Simon was far more detailed than we were expecting and was turned around in less than 48 hours. I have already recommended yoursurvey to two friends as I was so impressed.”

“For what I paid it was a bargain! Booked on a Monday, survey carried out Wednesday, results by Friday. Countrywide wanted £450 for exactly the same. I'm normally dubious of everything but I would certainly recommend these people!”
