“The person who took the first call at the centre was very professional, she made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail, gave me some good choices and decent advice. They made sure that documentations were not delayed by their follow up protocol. They both rang and emailed me through the whole process, making it so much less stressful. Thank you very much, I shall definitely be recommending friends and family to this service.”
