“very thorough”

“I was surprised (pleasantly) to receive my online survey late on a Sunday afternoon, but am still waiting for the hard copy four days later, even though it is supposed to be sent out by 1st class post. The report was quite thorough and covered all the points requested. I would be happy to use Your Survey in the future, but would appreciate being kept informed as to when the report would be carried out.”

“I am intending to buy a small terrace house in Newcastle-u-lyme Town centre. I read reviews about your company, which helped me to gain trust and encouraged me to choose your service. The Surveyor, Caroline Furnell used her expertise and experiences to exam the properties thoroughly, paying close attention to detail, involving many aspects of the building, providing a detailed analysis, producing an excellent report. Yes, I have had a great time with your survey, and I fully recommend your company to anyone. I emphasis that not only is the service good, but it is also a good value for money.”

“This is the second time I have used your company for a full structural building survey. I would however, appreciate, as I am not a builder, a drawing or two showing points on question. For example, where or what are parapets? Indicating where damp is”

“Very easy to book and confirm with dates available within a week. Disappointing that I had to phone and chase my report, which wasn't released due to my T&Cs not being uploaded. However, when I did it was remedied straight away and the service was great! I'd recommend, it was hassle free and as a first time buyer that gave me confidence I'd made the right choice. Thanks!”

“Your Survey staff are efficient and polite and are a pleasure to deal with. They reply to your e-mails promptly and respond to any queries you may have. The surveyor in my case however I would not recommend. He was unprofessional didn't turn up on the day he was meant to and even didn't bother to call me to tell me. I waited 5 working days only to find out that no survey had taken place. I then had to rearrange it!! The survey was also a bit sketchy, after asking for a full building survey it was not as detailed as some of the homebuyers surveys I had read.”

“Your Survey Ltd provided a quick and easy service passing our request on to a local surveyor. The homebuyer's report was booked in quickly and shared with us within 5 working days after. However, once Your Survey Ltd made the connection to a local surveyor you are being left alone dealing with your assigned surveyor.”
