“The survey was done promptly and the report was sent within one working day. The report clearly outlined the issues that needed to be addressed and was easy to read. A subsequent survey of the roof confirmed this surveyor's findings.”

“The only concern I had was that after completing a form you were not willing to confirm or acknowledge in writing until I had paid the full fee, in the end someone did confirm receipt of my application before I paid the money over. The survey was very comprehensive and the Surveyor very helpful”

“YourSurvey proved a good choice for our Homebuyer report. We first went to our local Surveyor and then checked pricing with YourSurvey and found them to be considerably cheaper whilst promising a RICS Surveyor and the same service. The arrangements were made in a similar timeframe to our local Surveyor. The survey itself was on schedule although the Surveyor didn't have all necessary information regarding contact details nor did he call 30 minutes ahead of arrival causing some delay. The survey was conducted effectively, verbal summary provided on the day and the electronic copy of the report provided within three working days - albeit containing a couple of clerical errors that were remedied when pointed out and the amended report resent very quickly. A satisfactory service and one I would use again largely due to considerable cost saving.”

“the report asked for was the structural survey . the results were easy to comprehend and well detailed . I did ask for an early report and got them on time although the customer service pushed back saying it was not possible . would recommend the service . in terms of results , I haven't got the property yet so have completely relied on the report and glad the results have been positive”

“The process of engaging the surveyor was very smooth. Turn around time was quick engaged surveyor on 31/12/15. Survey carried out on 04/01/16 and report received by 06/01/16.”

“I was very pleased with the service received and have used Your Survey before. The date was booked promptly and the report arrived quickly. I was able to talk through the points of concern in more detail that I wanted to address with the Surveyor who gave me estimates for the repair of a number of items. This was very clear and helpful.”

“timing was very good , report generally good except for some omissions ,like no checks could be carried out on the ground flooring because of furnishings apparently, ; some efforts would have been appreciated . report presentation and methods used satisfactory .”

“I used a search website to find a surveyor & the next day Your Survey emailed me with a quote. They then called me & offered the online discount for a Home Buyers Survey which was a good price. I paid for the survey & the next day the surveyor booked an appointment with our estate agents. The report was emailed to me the day after the property was surveyed. I did have a query with regard to my payment I made to Your Survey Ltd & they advised me they would contact me the next day. This did not happen which resulted in me chasing up my query. Overall a good experience & I would recommend Your Survey Ltd.”
