Your Survey staff are efficient and polite and are a pleasure to deal with. They reply to your e-mails promptly and respond to any queries you may have.
The surveyor in my case however I would not recommend. He was unprofessional didn't turn up on the day he was meant to and even didn't bother to call me to tell me. I waited 5 working days only to find out that no survey had taken place. I then had to rearrange it!!
The survey was also a bit sketchy, after asking for a full building survey it was not as detailed as some of the homebuyers surveys I had read.
