“Quite a painless process, all dealt with by email. I had asked to be advised once the date had been organised, this didn't happen, although estate agents also failed to advise. Nonetheless, report came through quickly once requested - Usual non committal report.”

“The survey itself was fine once it arrived. We had two issues. 1. They told me that they would do the survey the following week but was actually the week after and they said it was becouse it was what they could arrange with the vendor but never came back to me. 2. after the survey was done they took longer than there 3 to 5 days to get the survey to me even though I called several times asking if I could have it sooner as I may have to exchange contracts before I got it back. all bar one of there customer services agents had bad attitudes and none of them were any help. Would NOT recommend.. unless you have a lot of time. But like I say the report was a good one once I got it..”

Hi Dominic, were sorry you didn't feel you had a good experience with us, you instructed us on the 22/9 and had your inspection on the 30th. The availability of our surveyor may have been sooner but we do have to get access to the property via the agents or vendor. We don't guarantee a 5 day turn around only suggest that the surveyors typically take between 3-5 working days to produce your report. your report was sent to you on the 8/10 which was 6 working day. I am happy to hear you are pleased with the report and apologise for any miss-communication on our part.

“Booked and paid for the Homebuyers survey. Was a bit sceptical as it was quite a bit cheaper than comparable survey quotes. They fitted the survey in within a few days and within about 3 days I had the full report back which seemed very thorough & found a few minor problems which we were glad we knew about so overall very pleased”

“I was please with tony our surveyer but the company he was sub contracted too made us feel like we had been fleeced. It all turned out fine in the end but we paid and then heard nothing for a week. We had thought we had lost our money”

“The survey was done as we requested for. The report was delivered promptly. The inspections have revealed the facts of the property state. There were aspects that we expected to be inspected but due to various reasons that were not carried out.”
