“From start to finish Your Survey proved to be quick, efficient, providing a full & caring service at a competitive rate. Unfortunately the vendor withdrew the property from the market the day before the survey was to take place. The estate agent informed me saying that they had notified my solicitor & Your Survey on my behalf & that I would be required to pay £50 cancellation fee to the surveyors. Within minutes, Your Survey rang me saying their Manager had kindly said not to charge this fee!!! This kind remark helped to make 'light' of a potentially upsetting time & immediately put a smile back on my face reassuring me there are some thoughtful people in this World. Also, I have since found an even better property I'm in the process of buying. I would not hesitate to use/recommend Your Survey. Ms Clayton Buckinghamshire”

“No feedback contact from surveyor after survey had to chase him up. Then supplied a structural survey despite being commissioned to do a Homebuyers Report. The content and quality of the report was poor, scruffy and obviously rushed. I commissioned a second surveyor on my own who did what I asked and provided a very professional report. I would nor use this company again.”

“Easy process to book surveyor. Good communications. Survey very comprehensive. Would have been very good rating only had to get Your Survey to prompt surveyor to respond to questions regarding his survey.”

“The survey was comprehensive and thorough. It was a correct summary of the work that needed undertaking. However it took over two weeks to arrive after the inspection date. In each of phone calls to Your Survey I was assured the surveyor would call me, but they never did. Although I found the call centre site polite and concerned, this delay lost us the edge in re-negotiating the price of the house.”

“All communications were carried out online , the survey was prompt & enabled me to make informed decisions on potential problem areas that were highlighted by the surveyor . The results were initially emailed to me to view , followed shortly by a printed version . I am happy with the service I received & was good value for money .”

“Request a Homebuyer survey through YourSurvey. They were by far the cheapest quote. Organised surveyor to attend the same week and provided survey within 2 working days. Report was in line with RISC standards and provided all the information needed. Customer service from YourSurvey was very good, and cannot fault it.”
