“Very detailed survey. Used again as the last house we were looking at turned out to have major structural issues that weren't visible to the untrained eye. Well worth the money and much better than the company our mortgage provider suggested.”

“I have used the company on two occasions, one we took out a building survey and received a comprehensive account and the other a homebuyers survey. On both occasions I was more than happy with the result and received a well written detailed report. My only criticism would be the lack of valuation for building survey but this is standard in the field and not this company. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a survey, very good service.”

“This company does what if offers, quickly and effectively at a good price. The home buyers report was very comprehensive although it didn't really raise any issues about which we were unaware. That in itself was a reassurance.”

“The booking was handled very well, I was kept up to date and the survey was booked in very quickly. I was very impressed with the services from start to finish and the price was extremely competitive. The turnaround for the report was 3 business days; we were really desperate to get the report back which we made known, and by receiving it late on the evening I feel that they really did pull out all the stops to get us it urgently. The report was very easy to understand, extremely detailed and thorough. The services however didn't stop there, following the report we contacted the surveyor to ask their advice and he couldn't have been more helpful. All in all very impressed and would most definitely recommend and use again.”
