“Quick to organise and fast results after the survey. I was sceptical if you were a real company to begin with, as it was an over the phone payment which I am dubious of and there was no confirmation until the payment had gone through that I was even on the system of your company. I could have given my credit card details to anyone. An email of recognition would have been good so that I could expect a phone call for payment. Thanks,”

“I was supposed to have received the survey within 5 days but i didn’t as stated. I had to email them and ask why. They didn’t reply but they did finally send me the survey report next day. The survey report was extensive and very well put together. I was very happy with the report. It reported very important crucial information about the property which now has lead me to renegotiating terms and price with the seller. The price for the full building survey cost me £330 which was better than average. Most survey quotes where £400 or more for building survey. The report was invaluable and the price extremely good. Apart from late than expected delivery of the report. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this. 10/10 Thank you”
