I was sceptical if you were a real company to begin with, as it was an over the phone payment which I am dubious of and there was no confirmation until the payment had gone through that I was even on the system of your company. I could have given my credit card details to anyone. An email of recognition would have been good so that I could expect a phone call for payment.
