“Great service. Excellent product. I ordered an accessory online, and they called me to check I had the right trampoline for the item, to save sending wrong item. Quality of their trampolines and accessories is well worth the price difference of the cheaper end.”

“Great swing for young kids. Easy to asemble and perfectly stable on level ground without needing to use anchors. Did have a small problem with a faulty bolt on rope attachment but customer service was excellent and new parts sent out straight away with no hassle.”

“So far so good. Easy to put up...bar a couple of slightly confusing omissions in the instructions. Brilliant customer service. Replied to my initial query (re similar product at John Lewis...cheaper bit different spec) and also a query when constructing (phoned back same day). Trampoline seems sturdy, kids very happy (9/7 yes first trampoline oval 7*10 pro). Would recommend.”
