“I have used this company in the past and I had no issues, but unfortunately I didn’t have such a good experience on my most recent order. After spending a fair amount on multiple personalised items I placed my order on the website and paid. The following day I had an email from Niamh telling me I had to pay an additional fee (double figures) because my logo was a large embroidery. After questioning why the website stated a set fee, and why I’m now being asked to pay more, she came back with “the website should never have let you proceed with that size logo”. After making it known that I wasn’t happy and that this was not a mistake on my behalf but on their website, I was left with no choice but to pay the fee to receive my order. I personally think this is very cheeky and unprofessional on behalf of the company. There’s obviously a problem on the website and I was the one who suffered. I am a customer who has used you before and now I’m not sure if I’ll use you again. Who knows what my outstanding fee will be next time.”

“Purchased several Hoodies for work uniform great quality items and price, have also contacted customer service to return items as we needed to change the sizes on some items and it was very easy and they are very helpful. Deliveries came the next day which was great. We wil definitely be back ordering more soon”

“Really happy with the prompt communication, the printing and the feel of the product. The order also arrived a day earlier than expected, which is another plus. My only qualm is that I am not certain that they will wash well, and if my customers aren't happy, I may end up losing money, so I may have to dry different designs in future.”

“When placing order it was quite strange to have to then confirm the order again in an email before it went to production. I confirmed a few times and it didn’t go through. I kept receiving emails until I had to ask for assistance. Also quality of item was good but had to separate the actual t shirts as the images was stuck together.”
