“Excellent product and service, would definitely recommend and I’ll use your service again. The product came out exactly as I wanted. The costs of the product was also much cheaper than some other sites I looked at. I also ordered these fairly last minute and I liked that I could pay extra to have the product delivered sooner, without being ripped off, like some other sites. I used the service for custom golf polo’s for a birthday.”

“I ordered 5 sports tshirts for myself and friends. I had a quality issue with one of the tshirts, which they dealt with really quickly. So their customer service was very good. I received the replacement product within the week. The print looks good and the tshirt has a nice feel to it when wearing. So overall happy with the product and customer service.”

“The products where of satisfactory quality with no complaints from me. My only issue was the card payment process not working at all after many attempts, the payment portal would not open after entering all my card details. I then ended up having to do a bank transfer and hoped that goes through with no issues. Fortunately all went well and my order arrived earlier than expected after payment was confirmed which was very nice. Over all im happy with the product and service however the payment portal needs fixing. Im glad I was able to get my class of 2025 t-shirt and hoodie from you guys :) Thank you.”

“I just want to say that their website is absolutely amazing, easy to use and shows you previews of what your order will look like. I ordered a fleece to use when I’m volunteering as a community first responder and it was great. I’ll be ordering a hoodie and a winter fleece for winter. I’ve also got an order of 50+ Hi-Vis Vests for an event I manage each year that will be getting ordered soon. 100% Recommend, if you want a single product with print or embroidery or a bulk order for a business or event then Yazzoo Personalised Clothing is the place to go!”

“Happy with the final product. However some of the colours are a bit off and part of the font where the colour is white looks bigger. However the t-shirt quality is good from what I can feel, and the price is quite expensive. Overall I will order again as I'm satisfied and better quality over other services like vistaprint”

“I ordered a personalised jumper and t-shirt from Yazzoo Personalised Clothing via their website https://personalised.clothing, but only the t-shirt arrived. I was charged for both items. After reaching out, I received email confirmation from their team promising to send the missing hoodie as a complimentary replacement due to their error. However, they later went back on their word and refused to send it. This is not only unprofessional but dishonest. I have the email proof to back this up. Very poor service overall – slow responses, broken promises, and zero accountability. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your money or your order. Based on my experience, this company lies and lacks basic customer service ethics. Avoid.”

Hi Ryan, Ok, I’ve looked into this, and we can see cctv of the items going into the bag (which we have sent you previously), and we have a photo from royal mail of the bag arriving, which looks like it contains a hoodie and tshirt (if it just contained a tshirt the bag would have flopped down). So from our point of view, the evidence suggests that everything has been delivered correctly. However, we’ve all spent a lot of time trying to prove whats happened to a single hoodie. I’ve decided for us to send out a replacement for you to get this matter resolved. I hope this solves your problem. Kind regards, Rob
