“I wouldn't recommend. The prices were fair in comparison to competitors however this is justified by the quality of their clothing. The hoodie I ordered was of poor quality and did not match the grey as described on the advert. The delivery took over 2 weeks which was a lot longer than expected. Overall poor service and wouldn't recommend them.”

“We ordered some branded hoodies from Yazzoo. The online process to get a quote was straightforward and the artwork was turned around really quickly. The communication was excellent throughout and they were delivered in the time promised. My only comment would be they were a little lighter than expected based on the pic but they look brilliant and a great quality.”

“Great customer service, I set up a shop as I run horse camps once a month and the campers like to order camp branded clothing ready for camp. Things to improve, The invoicing isn’t very clear, with no values on the customer orders, I was also invoices for clothes I ordered personally and paid for at the time of order ? I also have not seen a breakdown of how much I earnt through my shop and when/how it is paid to me.”

I’m really sorry to hear your parcel didn’t make it on time. I have looked into this for you and I can see the parcel was sent out in good time to reach your delivery date, but the courier has delayed the delivery for some reason. We are really sorry about this, and we are currently investigating with the courier in regards to this.

“Excellent!! We ordered a leavers hoody for my daughter from yazzoo because the one we ordered with school didnt go through and the company they use only do bulk orders. The only company we could find that do individual customized leavers hoodies is yazzoo!! We chose a luxury quality hoody with embroidery and design at the back. Everything turned out perfect! The print was perfect size and layout was spot on!! The quality of the hoody is very good so soft and cosy! Very good customer service too! My daughter loves her hoody it is worth every penny. Thank you :0)”

“Love my zip up hoodie and t-shirt. I thought I had ordered a pale pink one but it’s bright pink so I will have to look more closely at the colours! Website isn’t that easy to use but I’m enjoying wearing the t shirt and hoodie for pony camp!”
