“This is my belated 60th Birthday trip with the boys to the French Alps for some Downhill Mountain biking, I thought that a t shirt would mark the occasion, I did this for my 40th and 50th so it’s become a tradition, although this year my son will be joining the party! The t shirts are great quality, sizes are as ordered and fit well, the design was our own, and all in all the experience of ordering and the arrival of the goods was seamless, bravo Yazoo! “My order has a large print on the front which feels like a plastic overlay that could peel off after washing. The printed section feels noticeably different, very plasticky, to the rest of the T shirt which is unusual. I'm not sure how long this will last. Feels like an iron on transfer and makes the T shirt uncomfortable as the print is so large”

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your order. The design on this garment was produced using a Direct to Film (DTF) printing process, which is often chosen for designs with detailed artwork or multiple colours. Because the design is applied to the surface of the garment, larger prints can feel noticeably different to the surrounding fabric compared with other printing methods. It is water based ink that is printed first to a carrier material and then transferred to the item – so its not plastic, but it is transferred. Whilst the print may have a smoother feel, it is designed to be durable and long-lasting when cared for in accordance with the washing instructions provided.
