Hi Nabeel, I’m sorry to hear your sons hoodie hasn’t arrived to the school, we have been made aware of a technical issue which is currently being looked into and is the reason why your order hasn’t yet been received. I’m sorry you are unhappy with the garment. Due to new guidelines on health and safety, the Commission determined that hood and neck drawstrings on children's upper outerwear in sizes 2 to 12 or the equivalent present a strangulation hazard that is a substantial product hazard. Therefore, the garments below this size will not include ripcords. Whilst we understand your frustration on this matter, you have also highlighted an issue with the pocket sizing on the garment. Having checked this against the manufacturer, we noticed there was a discrepancy in it and have processed a replacement. Additionally, we’ve pulled a garment from another job to fulfil your requirement for Monday with the new size and colour at no additional cost.

“I'm very pleased with the quality and fit of my hoodie. Well worth the wait. I fully understand that the majority of your business is geared to bulk orders for clubs and events, etc, so one-offs cannot take priority. The story behind my slogan was a t-shirt I had forty plus years ago and have never seen that slogan since! I will definitely order from you again and will pass on the word to friends and family. Maybe at some stage, even a bulk order! Thanks again! Andy McAllen”
