Hi, I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused—especially after paying for express delivery and not receiving updates when you expected them. We’ve since been in touch and wanted to clarify that your earlier messages came through outside our operating hours, which led to a delay in our reply. That said, we understand how concerning it is not to have tracking or delivery confirmation. As there were no reported delivery issues at the time, we’ve refunded your express delivery fee as a goodwill gesture. “I can’t praise Yazzoo highly enough. They made every effort to get the hoodies that I had chosen for my twin grandchildren out in time for Christmas. The twins loved them with their name on the front and their horses’ names on the sleeves. The sweatshirts are really good quality and the embroidered names are lovely. We chose the small adult size as the twins are very tall for their age and you can see on the photo that they have plenty of growing room in them.”

“The fabric is soft the designs are beautifully printed and the embroidery is clean. I was a little worried about how it would come out as the selection page where you arrange all the parts was confusing and buggy, but it came out perfectly in the end and well within time.”

“I can't believe how well the design came out!!. They even cleaned up a little mistake on my uploaded PNG file. Quality of the sweatshirt is also good with good length and arms. Now I know how well they come out, I'll order some more with some other bespoke designs I have in mind. This bespoke design contains a quote from a viral TV series and has already got some knowing looks when I'm out and about.”
