“I am starting out in my own pet care service so I wanted to start a uniform that represented my company well. Yazoo is a great service. The item arrived today and is the high quality I hoped. The stitching is perfect. I got a medium and it fits just how I wanted. The colours are perfect. I would definitely come back. The only issue I would say I had is how high the postage was.”

“Ordered a batch of custom t-shirts for our hockey club committee. Very happy with the quality, especially for the very reasonable price. Printing is clean and doesn’t feel cheap. Production time was also very speedy which has allowed us to get them ready for the start of the season. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.”

“I design on the hoodie it good quality unfortunately the basic hoodie isn't very good but even a basic hoodie is £35 which isn't cheap. It keeps raising up which I have never had with a hoodie and the neck seems small and I am a petite person, the arms are long compared to the body part of the hoodie which is small, I have to keep pulling it down to sit correctly”

We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t feel just right, especially when you’ve had a good experience with other items from our collection. Our basic hoodies are a simpler design compared to our higher-end models like the W72, which may explain the difference in fit and feel. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so we’d love to help you find a better fit. If you'd like, we can help you explore different sizes or styles that may work better for you. We would also like to double check if you have received a faulty garment in error. “Excellent product and service, would definitely recommend and I’ll use your service again. The product came out exactly as I wanted. The costs of the product was also much cheaper than some other sites I looked at. I also ordered these fairly last minute and I liked that I could pay extra to have the product delivered sooner, without being ripped off, like some other sites. I used the service for custom golf polo’s for a birthday.”

“I ordered 5 sports tshirts for myself and friends. I had a quality issue with one of the tshirts, which they dealt with really quickly. So their customer service was very good. I received the replacement product within the week. The print looks good and the tshirt has a nice feel to it when wearing. So overall happy with the product and customer service.”

“The products where of satisfactory quality with no complaints from me. My only issue was the card payment process not working at all after many attempts, the payment portal would not open after entering all my card details. I then ended up having to do a bank transfer and hoped that goes through with no issues. Fortunately all went well and my order arrived earlier than expected after payment was confirmed which was very nice. Over all im happy with the product and service however the payment portal needs fixing. Im glad I was able to get my class of 2025 t-shirt and hoodie from you guys :) Thank you.”
